Your Recruitment Team
Your dedicated team will be led by a Senior Consultant, a traditionally trained headhunter, who will be available to your stakeholders whenever needed. They will be supported by a team of expert researchers and consultants to support in your recruitment needs. Your team will be chosen based on your industry and needs.
Recruitment Support
Our team will act as an extension of your HR department and take on the responsibilities of an Internal Recruitment team. They will consult with and advise stakeholders, define job descriptions and requirements and manage recruitment requirements whether they are contingent or high level searches. As part of your service they will also: Process and evaluate direct applications and interview internal candidates - Provide advice, market research, and salary information - Train colleagues on how to interview - Support with internal recruitment and internal candidates even if not involved in the recruitment, with interviewing and recruitment process support - Provide behavioural and personality (psychometric) testing for your teams - Offer support for colleagues that are being moved out of the business with advice and support on finding a new role - Offer confidential consultations for colleagues who would like unbiased advice about their career or personal development

You can decide on a role by role how you would like us to handle each project, whether it's using contingent methods, a full search or just managing a watching brief with an advert running on your own website. Thanks to our Partner Credit system, you can engage with our services as much or as little as your business needs and roll over any unused credits.

A clear benefit of our service is our ability to tailor the service level to suit the needs of your business. We will tailor a package to suit the types of roles you have and the likely frequency of those roles. In this way you are only paying for the service when you really need it. We can change the service level on a month to month basis as your business needs change.
Rolling Requirement Packages
We will tailor a package to suit the needs of your business which we will review on a monthly basis with you. Each month you will buy a number of credits to use against your recruitment needs. If you don't use all your allocation in one month, no problem, we'll simply roll it forward for you! You'll save around 30% on our standard fees!
